In 2007 during our 2nd Annual Pow Wow, Tim LaBean was Feathered and became Chief by Chief David Locklear. We wanted to
address this to let others know that we are the same people from when Chief David Locklear was Chief
Some have emailed and asked how to find out if your ancestors were Native American or how to trace your
family history. Some things that you can do are to go your your local library and look up old census records. I would call
first to make sure they keep census records, if not they may know where they are stored.
